RAD PAVILION ‘The Moon and the Yew Tree’

Post Excerpt Content- 100 words limit

We were deep into Sylvia Plath when we started designing RAD PAVILION. This eerie presence, a soft architecture of air, a sheer, living membrane became a temporary occupation of asphalt.
We even called it ‘The Moon and the Yew Tree’.

Designed for this year’s @rad.fair along with @aztec.inflatables, the structure existed for only three days near the sculpture garden, until vanishing into ‘silence’. This was a wonderful experience, a great occasion to learn about inflatables and a fun, whimsical formal expression.
