Emerging from a collaboration between AÉ02 Architects, artist Florin Magda, and fashion designer Alexandra Șipa, ”Veiled Structures” navigate the delicate terrain between domestic ritual and architectural gesture. Composed of lace, metal, and absence, these two pieces articulate space not through volume, but through suggestion, thresholds are made visible, boundaries are softened into fabric.
The chair stands as a symbolic anchor – a throne of sorts – stripped of function but saturated with presence. It evokes inheritance, ceremony, and the weight of what remains unsaid. The room divider extends this narrative horizontally, casting partitions not as separations but as invitations to pause, reflect, and reimagine proximity.
Together, they form a spatial diptych: two quiet instruments that reshape the room through stillness and memory.
